Review on πŸ₯’ Paderno World Cuisine Vegetable Slicer Spiralizer Pro: Folding 4-Blade, Counter-Mounted with 4 Stainless Steel Blades by Laura Arnett

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The Paderno Spiralizer did not disappoint. Purchasing two cookbooks for the spiral cutter has also proven useful.

I was very excited to get started with my new kitchen toy. The Paderno Spiralizer did not disappoint. Buying two cookbooks for the spiralizer has also turned out to be a good idea. Zucchini is the easiest vegetable to spiralize and can be used in many recipes with any type of knife. Sweet potatoes were next and took a little practice, but when I followed the directions of slicing the ends flat first and choosing potatoes that were six inches or smaller, the results were great with all four blades. Sweet potato noodles are surprisingly easy to make! I used beets, jicama, zucchini, carrots, parsnips, cucumbers and apples. A little practice goes a long way, but I love playing with all woods and products. My family enjoys all my creations while eating more vegetables, win-win.
