My doctor advised me to try FL-41 lenses to help with migraines. I was hesitant because of the cost and sorry to wait it made such a difference. I enter and exit commercial buildings regularly, so I'm exposed to bright outdoor sunlight and a variety of lighting systems, including fluorescent and high-intensity LEDs, indoors throughout the day. These lenses are dark enough for outdoors, and the FL-41 tint helps indoors with artificial lighting. Good investment - you suffer from migraines.
