Review on 🥄 DI ORO Seamless Series 2-Piece Silicone Spoon Set - Heat-Resistant Rubber Non-Stick Serving Spoons - LFGB Certified, BPA Free - Black by Bradley Wacks

I bought these on the recommendation of America's Test Kitchen. They are clearly made from quality material and it looks like a company with very high standards/customer service but they are a bit too stiff for me. I'm very picky about my spatulas (my favorite utensil in the kitchen, aside from my chef's/santoku knives) and find almost everything in them too brittle or too hard. Test who is the best judge? Scrambled eggs. When I made them with the standard spatula from this set, it was just too stiff to pick up all the runny egg from the sides of the 8 inch curved stainless steel pan I used. I'm not sure if I'm ready to return them or not. Give them a few more tries as I appreciate the quality and the variety of sizes/shapes. Unfortunately they don't come into play with my cheap Ikea spatulas (in all honesty the only spatulas I've found so far that maintain my desired flexibility/strength). ) as I had hoped!
