Always break best under the Hollow Anchors
They break about 70% of the time I use them. It doesn't matter whether I press them into the wall with a drill or a hand screwdriver. No matter how big a hole I've had to drill in the wall just so they don't rip it open as soon as I enter. These are the worst anchors I have ever used.
