Review on Super Soft Foam Anti Fog Nose Seal for Masks – Prevent Glasses Fogging, Reusable & Customizable Fit – 8-Pack by Gelin Battle

I have previously fitted a foam gasket to the inside of the top of my surgical masks and fitted a strong metal nose clip which was removed from the N95 mask to the outside to hold it around the nose and prevent that fogging and unfiltered air passes through the vents. I have just received this product and am very impressed; It sticks well to masks and it's a great idea to peel off several layers at a time to fit the contours of the face. As this fills in the gaps, as long as the built in mask wire is enough to hold the foam on my face without needing the N95 metal clip that I used before. There is a problem with tape that I had to solve. The strips are similar to regular stickers in that you peel the adhesive paper strip from the backing paper, stick it to the foam, and then peel the paper strip away from the foam, which should then leave a thin, clear plastic adhesive strip that sticks the foam into the mask. However, when I tried to tear off the paper, instead of leaving a clear strip of tape on the styrofoam, it just ripped off portions of the styrofoam. I solved it like this: Before I glue the strip to the foam, I find where the transparent plastic starts and separate it from the paper just a few mm, then I glue it to the foam and touch it with my fingertip. Open the end of the transparent strip and pull out the paper. Seems to work. Note: The ones I received are gray and lighter than pictured on the product page.
