This is a great concept and the phone holder itself is great and works better than any I've used before and I've tried many, many of these. It would be an easy 5-star mount if there wasn't a problem: part of the mount has elbow or swivel joints, and the tension on those joints, particularly those closest to the phone mount, is too loose. I use an iPhone 11 Pro Max with a slim body that stays in the holder well, but the slightest bump will drop the phone because the final hinge is too loose. And there is no way to tighten it. Because the mount is glued to the back of the screen and the main arm is fixed at a 45 degree angle, it is not possible to use the mount on the left side (driver's side in the US). Screen designed to put less weight on the hinge without the phone hiding behind a wheel or obscuring the screen. And there is no way to adjust the voltage on it. If you could snap it into place after positioning that would be great. But that's just not how it works. At least not on the driver's side of the screen. I haven't tried it on the passenger side yet. And it's a shame because the phone holder mechanism itself is amazing and the retractable feature is a great idea. Let the joints lock and you have a five star winner. But I can't use it as it is. Note: Jowua's other 480% swivel mount doesn't have this issue and works great.
