One of the best tires on the market
These are some of the best tires on the market today. For the past 2 years I've been looking for reasons not to use Maxxis. There's a reason everyone uses Maxxis. I've paired this with a DHF up front and it's by far the best tire combo I've ever put on my bikes. Soon I will equip my other installations with it.
- WIDE TRAIL: Wide Trail (WT) construction optimizes tread placement and tire profile on modern, wider rims. Conventional tires are designed around older, narrower rims and can create an overly square tire profile, resulting in suboptimal performance. WT tires are optimized for 35mm internal rim widths but have been proven to work in the 30mm to 35mm internal rim width range depending on rider preference.
