Durable, easy to clean. I bought it specifically for butchering chickens, which started well when I cut the bones and muscles. It didn't require much strength and the handles felt ergonomic. The skin is the weak point of this tool: attempting to cut the skin with the tip of the scissors caused the skin to bend and slip between the opposing blades, unable to cut. Cutting the skin only worked if I could pierce the point of the chicken all the way through, leaving the skin on the back of the scissors. This is difficult or inconvenient at certain points in the process when it's difficult to know how far you want to cut, where smaller cuts are preferable.
