I'm pretty good with my hair, hair products and styling tools. This product burned my hair. When I took it out of the barrel it burned and then started to crumble in my hands. It took me 4 years to grow my hair and 10 seconds for this product to destroy it. Also, without a printer in my house, it was very difficult to return and it had to be shipped back to the UPS store, which is a hassle for me.
