Nobody wants to do this job. That's annoying a million times. Even worse, you save up and get this great value fuel pump because they had it in stock when you were looking for it and you needed it NOW! But now, a few weeks later, you're standing on the side of the road because it's garbage. You have a lot more money and time. and time is money! So save yourself the headache and buy this beast! It burned down and I was on the side of the road for 4 hours before the AAA arrived. Instead of taking it to the local shops who had the pump I ended up buying this Delphi brand fuel pump and oh my god I'm glad I did! After installing it in my 2002 Chevy Astro AWD it was so quiet! You don't need an experienced electrician to splice the wires. Super easy once you have access to it. Don't forget to change the fuel filter while you're at it! While you're there, there's no harm in replacing some of those corroded fuel lines that are otherwise very difficult to reach.
