These speakers are exactly what I was looking for! Very musical and detailed, with "authority" that only a larger speaker can deliver - even at low volumes. I like the build quality and the way they look. I leave the grills on; While I like the look of the speakers, I prefer an understated, "matching" look in my living room. Mine is paired with a Klipsch SPL120 subwoofer and the combination is just great. considered expensive (high end speakers can cost MUCH more) they are fantastic for the price. I am very happy that I have them!
