Great movie speaker and respectable music system

Like any audio system, the system needs to be tuned and room conditioned to produce audiophile sound. It's no different. I looked at half a dozen other speakers and kept coming back to them. I couldn't find anything better in this price range. The biggest problem is that I now hear the weaknesses of other sound systems I have after setting everything up. The RP 8000F speakers go very well with the powerful RP-504C center speaker. Even with two 8-inch drivers, they still benefit from and pairโ€ฆ

Fantastic sound, good value. Exactly what I was looking for!

These speakers are exactly what I was looking for! Very musical and detailed, with "authority" that only a larger speaker can deliver - even at low volumes. I like the build quality and the way they look. I leave the grills on; While I like the look of the speakers, I prefer an understated, "matching" look in my living room. Mine is paired with a Klipsch SPL120 subwoofer and the combination is just great. considered expensive (high end speakers can cost MUCH more) they are fantastic for theโ€ฆ

Don't hesitate to buy them, just do it

Okay, I'm a stereo freak. For over 50 years. I thought my system was damn good until I bought these speakers. Remember I already have Klipschhorns as my main corner speakers with a Klipsch 504C center speaker, a Klipsch SP120 subwoofer and Klipsch RP 600M surround back speakers. Do I like Klipsch products? Yes / Yes! I then bought the RP 8000F speakers and after balancing the system volume between the speakers I was blown away. Clarity is insanely good. Fingers on guitar strings, singers heldโ€ฆ

excellent speaker in speaker

I have a new one with a break in period but I was happy with the sound right out of the box. The longer I have them, the more they impress me. They are driven by a class A/B amplifier up to approx. 110 watts. I thought it might be a speaker that I will later upgrade to Rf 7iii but now I'm not sure. The room is about 12 x 12 and they fill the room with lots of undistorted sound. I adjust the bass and treble depending on the source or quality of the recording. Violin and classical have aโ€ฆ

Good sound but low budget is annoying Loudspeaker connections

The loudspeakers sound quite good, the housing looks high-quality, albeit a bit dull brown. The tone may be too bright. However, the connections on the back are very annoying. I bought some expensive banana clip leads for them but found they weren't compatible - the only option was to plug the bare wire into the plastic connector. After college I bought a pair of Yamaha speakers that cost about $150 and had solid metal connectors for connecting wires or banana clips. Every stereo I've boughtโ€ฆ

They will blow your mind!

I bought these from an authorized Klipsch dealer at an electronics show about a mile from my house. I wanted to check her out for Revain. I've had them since September and they've broken in quite a bit. They are really impressive and just keep getting better. I'm 75 and have had AR2ax, KEF, NHT, Bose, Bowers and Wilkins speakers (still have them and they are great). Klipsch is simply superior to them all. The bass rocks the room; I have a Velodyne sub but I don't really need it so I set it toโ€ฆ

The sound quality is fantastic

I've done a lot of research over the last 10 months to find the best speakers for my money. Everything I've read, both personally and professionally, brings me back to the RP-8000F speakers. So I finally ordered a pair of walnuts 6 weeks ago. The first thing that struck me when I received them was that they were very large and heavy. The build quality and walnut finish are excellent. I was concerned about the horn tweeter, I was told it could be harsh. I don't know any other horn tweeters, butโ€ฆ

Great speakers / Very good price.

I was looking to replace my 13 year old HT speakers to complement my recently purchased Sony XBR65X950H TV and Denon AVR-X470H AV Receiver. After extensive research, I settled on these Klipsch RP-8000Fs. At first they drew me in for something trivial, like copper diffusers. They look good with the magnetic grilles removed, which is a nice feature that has nothing to do with sound reproduction. The 8000s are well built and really heavy Thanks to the well constructed slightly flared aluminum legs

  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and bulky
