Great lens for amateur cameras. On the crop, it’s quite a “portrait” indoors, take it, you won’t regret it. On the street, of course, the 85 mm f/1.8G will be more interesting, but it is twice as expensive. Pros below: Very sharp (at 1.8 - already good sharpness, from 2.4 - almost a razor) Beautiful bokeh (but 85mm is better :-) ) Very good for shooting face-length portraits (for full-length with a crop camera indoors, it is not always possible to run back). Great for reporting too. Lightweight, does not weigh down the bag too much when traveling. Good equipment (both caps, hood, pouch). Convenient for portraits and reporting at dusk (but it is still advisable to use an external flash). With its cons. For crop - not the most convenient focal length for shooting indoors, you have to move away, but a full-length portrait can also be taken. Waist / front - generally excellent, much better than trying to 35 mm. But for reporting, 35 mm, of course, is more convenient, but this is also possible, you just need to run back as far as possible, if possible.
