Review on SmartCDR by Brian Vasquez

SmartCDR is a very convenient and easy to use billing and pricing platform. I like the easy to use and understand the platform. I also like the fact I have the option to use the SmartCDR API. I have found SmartCDR to be very easy to use on the pricing and billing side. I am currently working on a project for a company that is using the API to automate billing for some of their services. I am not currently using SmartCDR myself. I have not found anything I dislike about SmartCDR. I am very happy with their billing and pricing platform. I am using SmartCDR to automate billing for a company that is providing a subscription based content. They use SmartCDR to automate billing and billing cycles. The ability to see what was used by device, time of use, etc is great. I wish it had more tools like call recording, voicemail transcription, or text message logging. Also, there are not a lot of options for customization. Not much room for error as far as customizations go. It's a very helpful tool in managing a remote workforce, especially with our customers needing to log in daily. It also helps us track all of our phone calls, whether they were answered or unanswered.
