Because of the high prices for fancy systems, were you hoping for a nice cable railing? Look no further. This system takes some time and effort, but it gets the job done with amazing results! Buy a Harbor Freight hydraulic crimp press. If you are patient and persistent you can also use them for very small runs and stairs. It was difficult, but I wanted the look to be the same everywhere. After a month they will all have loosened up a bit and will need to be tightened again, so don't worry if there are still a few strands showing at first. I made a wrench out of a piece of scrap steel to tighten the fittings.
