I need a way to calibrate them. I have a set of BBQ pressure gauges that I calibrate to 212F of boiling water to confirm they are accurate, but they don't go that high. Used them to measure soil temperature to determine when to plant sprouts prior to germination. I don't have any crabgrass yet, well we'll see when June comes if I put it in the right time/temperature. Will update when I get a known temperature source that falls within this thermometer range. Had this laptop in the rain/sun for about a week and no problems.
