I like that it's easy for me as an office manager, because everything can be done online from my computer or phone! It has helped us keep track of our patients' appointments easily by creating reminders in advance so we don't have any problems remembering them later when they are due again (which happens more often than not). We also use their app called "My Health Manager" which allows patient access through mobile devices such as phones/tablets etc., without having internet connection at home while still being able see all information about appointment times available via MyHealthManager website itself even if there isn’t wifi network present anywhere near where user lives. The only thing i dislike sometimes regarding this product would probably just depend upon how much one uses these services regularly but nothing major really comes up unless someone else mentions something specific - otherwise its great!!
