I feel very safe having this product on hand when I'm home alone, especially at night. I like the size, it fits well in my palm and with stickers it has a nice design. But I wanted to test a real alarm and didn't know how. I thought about going to a remote area and removing the top but didn't really want to do it. One night, shortly after receiving it, I was carrying it from the living room to the bedroom and accidentally dropped it. Oh my God! The alarm clock was deafening, haha. It was about 2am (I live in an apartment). I found 2 pieces and quickly put them on top wondering what the neighbors thought. The smoke alarm probably went off. It's as loud or even louder!
