Great product - just wish there was more support
I like the fact that this is an online-only business. The customer service is great and they are very willing to help with any questions or concerns you may have. I am not a fan of the website being so complicated that it is almost impossible for people who are not computer savvy. Make sure you know what you're doing before signing up. They will walk you through everything but if you don't understand how to use their system, you can easily make mistakes. We were looking to build an online presence for our funeral home. This allowed us to reach out to those we couldn't otherwise get in touch with.
Pros
- Helpful tips throughout each area where things could be improved upon as well helpful support staff when needed! And easy access without much searching required :) Allows me complete control over anything from scheduling services all along until final arrangements; even including personal photos at time request by family members etc
