This seller sent me a completely unusable device. I put a valid SIM card into the modem, booted it up, logged into the admin website and saw a screen that said "This device is locked. Contact your ISP for a SIMLOCK code." I'm located in the US and there is no information about the carrier in the package, so I am unable to contact the carrier this device is linked to. I don't even know which carrier to contact to open an account to use this modem but even if the airline was obvious there is zero chance they do business in the US I'm posting these Review with a photo showing the Unlock Device page If you are reading this review and it doesn't have a photo attached, then the seller has removed the photo.
