
I don’t have depression problems but when the days get short, I often have trouble sleeping & then waking up the next morning. It’s kind of like jet lag & makes me feel tired/groggy all day. I started using a light box last winter while I eat breakfast. I use it for maybe 15 minutes. It made a big improvement in my sleeping/waking rhythm. This is a good light box with adjustable light and a timer.The stand is very flimsy & one of the magnets already fell out. You have to use this one horizontal – the stand does not allow for vertical. It is slim so will pack in luggage. The input is labeled 100-240V so you should be able to take it abroad & just use a simple plug adapter.
