So far I really like this timer. The switches feel comfortable. They beep when pressed and have a positive effect. The display is big enough to read well. The display turns off when not in use to save batteries. The alarm clock sounds good and works well. Programming is easy to understand. The main feature I was looking for in this timer is harder to appreciate. I taped 6 different brand magnetic timers to the fridge door. They all failed for reasons other than batteries. Displays become dim, switches stop working, or timers otherwise fail. I was looking for a timer with long term (over 6 months) reliability. Unfortunately, the easiest way to make an electronic product cheaper is to sacrifice long-term reliability. It is very difficult for the customer to immediately identify components with a short lifespan. The display and switches feel solid and look like they should last; However, final testing is underway.
