I bought these to temporarily hold a tent flap that needed repairing so I could crank it up. It was difficult to find clamps with a large enough hole. They are perfect and they seem to be very durable. I fixed my flip screen mechanism earlier than expected so I didn't really use them but they are very well made so I decided to save them for future use. I don't think you will be disappointed with it.
