This mobile base is very durable and easy to use. I bought this for my 14 inch band saw which I need to move every now and then but not often. When stationary, the band saw is just as strong and vibration-free as without a moving base. The front wheels are easy to use and the tool rolls easily. Despite some complaints about the small build and the complexity of the build, I didn't find it difficult to put together. As for the build/parts diagram, I just scanned it. and zoomed in 2x and it was pretty easy to read. If I ever need another mobile base I will buy this one again.
