Review on Ibera Bike Rack Frame Mounted Adjustable Sports & Fitness for Cycling by Mark Lowery

Revainrating 3 out of 5

NOT particularly suitable for panniers from other manufacturers.

NOT particularly suitable for other brand cases. The bottom horizontal bar protrudes from the main body (because it's welded on the side). Again, don't expect to hang your bag on top of a rack (if your bags have regular hooks). Bags cannot hang straight (because the bottom bar pushes them out). Bags must be hung on the bottom bar. This may be intentional; however, there is something else. The position of the lower attachment point is not in the middle; it is very far ahead. Conversely, if your bags have 2 hooks at the top and a middle hook at the bottom then expect the bag to be off center which will result in the bag being lifted off the bar. Finally, the bottom contact point (where the claw is supposed to hook) is a very small cutout on the flat metal plate (see product images). It's a serious pain to hook into. I suspect that Ibera bags don't fit like the others. I like the rack in every way except for the pockets that need to be mounted.
