Well done! I've been to Japan a few times and can tell when something appears to be made by a local artisan. I've been making matcha (both latte and tea) for quite some time. My previous chain started to wear out and some of the teeth broke. This time I knew what to look for. I'm so glad I paid a little more for this one. It looks like it was made by a master who knows his stuff. Small work of art! Unlike the previous tea whisk, this one also smells like real bamboo. The photo shows the middle teeth after the first use and "blooming" 🌸 ☺️ Works great with fine matcha 🍵 Just add some oat soap and ice cubes!
