You can easily shape with a heat gun.
I should have bought a teardrop shape but I got the rectangular ones working. If you plan to shape them with a heat gun, be careful. Use cold water so they hold after shaping. They only try to go back to their original form when you don't. Didn't really do what I wanted but they are there and work well.
