I found that my computer can't receive my 5G network like my phone. I bought this antenna to see if I can receive 5G. The antenna came with a 3-step "Quick Installation" guide: insert the CD, plug in the antenna and scan/connect to a Wi-Fi network. I followed the instructions and connected to the 5G network in a minute. Download speeds are now in excess of 30Mbps, which may not impress many of you. I'm paying for the lowest AT&T speed I can get because I'm just surfing the web (no gameplay). Before I bought this antenna I got 2 to 5 Mbit/s for several months! What a great purchase!
