Purchased * Blue group unit for my daughter's birthday last fall as she has a jeep and travels as a nurse. She couldn't install it herself, so after Christmas she turned to a third-party installer. The installer unplugged and plugged in the old light wires and didn't check before installing. After he was done, he connected the battery and found that the device would not turn on. He charged us over $400 for the installation. We tried to contact customer service. The only non-verbal method is through their Facebook page. They sent us a replacement unit and reinstalled it this time for a $200 discount and it worked in February. Bottom line, she comes home and doesn't use light up signs as they aren't allowed on the street. I checked them and they are DEAD again. No voltage at the group switch in the cabin. Very concerned as we spent $100 professional installs twice and installed 2 units and now again after probably only a few times the unit is DEAD again. CAUTION 2 dead units per year. If there is a way to contact Voswitch Customer Service, please let us know. NOT SATISFIED CUSTOMER;(
