Review on CO Z Pro 🔉 Ultrasonic Instrument for Commercial Use by John Clark

This is a really good ultrasonic cleaner. The only downside, however, is that after a month of use, the plastic on the wafer switches broke off, exposing the switches to water and a possible electric shock hazard. I wrote to the company twice but no response to my problem. Maybe this is the last unit. Update: As of August 2020, the company has responded to my email. They send replacement plastic covers to replace broken switch covers. I hope this case will last longer than the original. This device has also performed well, the only problem so far has been the plastic switch cover. The replacement case arrived very quickly, I think maybe three days from China. Excellent quick exchange service. Hope this case lasts longer. Update 3 for this machine. Less than a month later, the second plastic on/off switch on the switch panel broke off again. It looks like this plastic switch cover won't stand up to use. I would not recommend this device. Update: The company has issued a full refund for this device. Although the product was defective, this company provided very good customer service. Many Thanks.
