Came right out of the box, works like a champ! Didn't even have to program. Looks and works like a factory remote control. My 4 year old has dropped and thrown my remote control over the years and finally decided to look for the remote control. Was very surprised at the great price. If I had known, I would have bought sooner. I was pleasantly surprised at how clearly the keys felt and pressed, and how no letter was erased. Will definitely buy again as I have another newborn >.<
