Defective workmanship = disappointment
What I liked: 1 kettle arrived 4 days faster than expected. 4 I liked the price. What I noticed: (Reason for fewer stars) 1 There was a chipped paint on the outer paneling! Where's the quality control?!? That's why I hate buying things online. I don't have time to deal with returns so I'm stuck with a damaged item and as a result I'm a dissatisfied customer. Too bad nobody else cares about their work. Two thumbs down to whoever gave permission to ship this teapot. poorly made. 2 It takes forever to blow the whistle! The water boils before the whistle sounds. thereby wasting energy.
