uhh. real interval gong. after all.
I've had several different timers that supposedly did this, but they were ridiculously difficult to program and *did* not do what I wanted...ie just called, once, without one stupid ringtone every 30 or 60 seconds so I can switch segments. and do it again and again. OR this feature seems to be designed in such a way that you can set 2 intervals e.g. B. 20 minutes sitting / 3 minutes stretching. Exciting. a bit noisy so tell yourself this is a great kitchen timer when walking away from almost burnt food :)
