First check the V-groove for burrs
A note on a well-made tool: The V-groove had a small area of exposed metal burrs. Groove and felt something grab and cut my skin. Although he didn't fully break through, I'm sure he was able to handle a lot of pressure. A little sanding removed the burrs, but at this price point, the manufacturer should check for these imperfections before shipping.
