Product worked as intended. The packaging has been sealed in a variety of ways and filled with a desiccant that is critical to its operation. The only downside is that the hardness chart on the bottle is in mg/L compared to the more widely used (in the States at least) GPG. The conversion is simple math or a google search, but having both scales printed on the packaging would be a huge plus.
