I bought a 2K Bimawen 17.3" portable monitor to use as a second monitor with my Asus Zenbook Pro Duo for Adobe Premiere video editing when traveling. I didn't buy it for home use as my external monitor at home is a wonderful ultra wide PROS 1.2K 17 inch. Haven't seen another 2K portable let alone a 17 inch 2. Everything works, can be powered and on 3.Light 4.Build quality is good 5.Text is sharp at 2560 x 1440. Pictures and videos look ok color is not the best CONS 1 These unnamed Chinese products kill stealing Revain if you can get Revain 27" to 34" 4K and 2K monitors for less money I'm unhappy that famous brands like LG, Samsung , Asus, etc. do not provide us with portable computers because their quality would be better, and these companies' economies of scale would make monitors cheaper. In the state of delivery, the display looks completely washed out. It took me an hour to use the display settings in windows 11 to calibrate this monitor usably. Everything is fine after calibration, not great but not bad.3. Screen/monitor/backlight bleeding is terrible when looking at a black screen. But I can still accept it as it doesn't interfere with my video editing when I travel.4. The speakers are weak, but you should still use laptop speakers or small portable speakers5. OSD or OSD is ok but not great. CONCLUSION: If, like me, you really need a portable 17-inch 2K monitor as a second monitor on the go, you should definitely go for it. It does its job until you get home.
