The project manager was very knowledgeable about our industry in general as well as specifically what we needed to do with regards to payment processing for customers who purchased content through us via their website or app. It's been awhile since I've had any contact from them so it may be different now but they were great at communicating everything up until before launch day when suddenly nothing! They said there'd still have someone available that could talk though things if required however no one ever followedup after this happened - which seems strange given how much communication went into getting approval. If you're looking for people committed 100% to your success then look elsewhere because those are not easy folks to find these days!! We used Gennimo primarily to get an e-commerce platform set up without having developers build something ourselves.
