The unit came with only one of two reflectors. Instead of returning it to revain, I tried to call the manufacturer to send out a replacement. I called the number on the instructions, but gave up after 25 minutes on hold. I tried the Product Support number on revain four times, but twice the message "No one available" and twice "Cannot complete your call" came up.Looking carefully at the one reflector, it is simply a stuck on, rather than being screwed or bolted. A few cents saved, perhaps, but not sturdy. I'll just buy one at the auto store.
