Worked fine at first.

I don't know if I expected too much, maybe he didn't plan to cut the cardboard for a long time. This will probably work very well for light use. I use English paper hexagons when I sew a quilt. The shape is great and they all fit together perfectly. After a few hundred hexes, the blades have dulled and he can no longer cut through regular paper. The compression punch was a good idea, but it didn't last long either. The handles are plastic and when I squeeze them they now flex under force and are harder to use than a regular push kick. Very disappointed, I think next time I'll order a normal kick style.
