Instructions followed; Pan turned on, heated up, detergent poured in (lots of smoke), cleaned with rag and liquid agitated, wait. The? So much smoke it was hard to tell the pillow had melted in the pan. Well, it just doesn't feel right. Now use a squeegee to remove excess liquid. Hmm, the mop appears to be made of rubber. gum and hot griddle. no I dont think so. I waited for the pan to cool to wash it off, but it melted a bit. I ended up having to use a metal edge to make sure the melted cleaning pad didn't come off the pan. So I give 2 stars because the cleaning fluid works well. The rest is disappointing. Purchase another scraper and pumice stone to use with the cleaning fluid.
