oh my god. What an amazing little tool. I never thought that I could make such beautiful and elegant cookies. My 2 year old squeezed the cookies and they came out very pretty. Finally a cookie to be proud of and give away as a treat! The press is beautifully complex, easy to use and fun to work with. So many stamps to try, all the shapes are so elegant. We had a lot of fun playing with them! The basic dough recipe in the little book is accurate, just follow it and don't look back. The cookies are perfectly balanced, not too sweet, with a slightly chewy texture and a lovely golden color. I think the fact that there is no egg white, only yolk gives it such a rich texture. Do you know how sometimes a cookie can have such an uncomfortable "glassy" texture when you bite into it? Well there is no such thing, it just melts in your mouth, too pretty, cookies to eat. Can't wait to try the other recipes in the brochure. Wonderful. Bravo!
