Poor Factory Quality Control: Zero drift / bent pressure tube
Gauge came in poorly from zero - shows significant vacuum at rest and reads around 15psi. In this case, check whether there is a way to zero (no) and find the problem: the pressure pipe had a kink/kink when it left the factory. It goes in the trash.
