First off, the bowl is excellent and completely worth it. The size is perfect for noodle soups like ramen and pho and gives you ample amount of space for toppings as well. The heftiness of it also speaks to its durability. I’m 100% confident it will last forever with normal use and proper care. It’s also extremely smooth, making it really easy to clean, but the ripple/groove design also makes it easy to hold without fear of it dropping. It also stacks neatly onto one another for easy storage and the colors are also nice and pleasing to look at.Now my biggest gripe is the packaging. Don’t get me wrong, my bowls arrived perfectly intact and no signs of chipping anywhere. However, the styrofoam used to hold the bowls together were destroyed and it was an extreme inconvenience to clean up.Obviously better the styrofoam is destroyed rather than the bowl so evidently it was packaged properly, but at the same time, I wish a much more denser styrofoam or other sturdier components like thick pieces of cardboard are used to mitigate more of the shock. I also noticed a "Fragile, Handle With Care” sticker. However, it needs to be bigger and bolder, and preferably in red (vs. the blue), so that it’s much more visible as the original sticker/text is quite small and easily overlooked. This way, the next time bowls are ordered, and if the delivery box gets improperly handled, there isn’t an explosion of styrofoam bits upon opening the box.
