Review on ButiShop by Zac Pewitt

I recently attempted buying my sewing supplies at ButiShop, but I was unsatisfied with the service. Although they have a large selection of goods, the caliber of their supplies was subpar. The fabrics I bought felt cheap and of bad quality. The needles were too blunt to correctly sew through the fabric, and the thread was weak and easily broke. The customer care was also subpar. When I called to request assistance, the representative wasn't very useful and didn't seem particularly eager to help. I was expecting to get some tips on how to use some of the things I bought, but instead I got more questions than I did answers. Furthermore, compared to the caliber of their offerings, ButiShop's costs are not reasonable. I discovered comparable goods at other shops for a much better value. Overall, I wouldn't advise other sewing aficionados to use ButiShop. They do have a large selection of goods, but the quality and customer service are subpar. For those seeking top-notch sewing supplies, there are much better alternatives accessible.
