We love that we can easily connect our clients with caregivers when they need it most! I would like for there is an option where if you are working during your shift or not available at all times - then have another caregiver take over so someone else doesn't feel as though this service isn’t being utilized enough throughout one of these shifts (when in fact everyone knows how important access/communication between employees & customer's needs). This makes us work twice hard because now both my manager AND myself want every single call transferred through me instead just having them go straight thru voicemail!! If anyone asks why no transfer happens more frequently please let people know about accessibility options within Caretap app especially since some customers may be unable due to mobility issues / physical limitations etc.. My team has been able to utilize better communication channels than before while also utilizing staff members who aren't always around via phone.
