We love that we can easily connect our clients with caregivers when they need it most! I would like for there is an option where if you are working during your shift or not available at all times - then have another caregiver take over so someone else doesn't feel as though this service isn’t being utilized enough throughout one of these shifts (when in fact everyone knows how important access/communication between employees & customer's needs).
