Overall, this game just isn't bad. My wife and I are Settlers fans and loved the travel version. The gameplay is mostly fun, except that the game is limited to only 15 rounds when the scoreboard shows that there is a lot of game left. So the game seems unfinished when in fact it's over. I love the idea of bringing the game to Catan Yahtzee style. However, the two sides of the cube are very similar: gold and ore. So it took us another second to figure out who it was. Maybe the bones need to be made a bit more colorful and recognizable? The packaging is pretty good. I only wish there was an insert for a pair of golf pencils. Another disadvantage of this game: The texts in the scoring block and the illustrations in the instructions are very SMALL. You may need a magnifying glass.
