The pre-drilled holes for the ceiling plate need to be closer to center to allow for a clean attachment of the bracket to the box... not nearly the same width. moron. Also for US customers, do not use anchors and always use an anchor box. Without them, this would be a major code violation, and it's not safe to have bare wires without a plastic or metal box. Last but not least. Some of the accent knobs and screws were completely loose, some were loose in the packaging and the screw heads showed signs of breakage. I also swapped the handles and screws so that the handle is visible from the outside.
