The team at Audience.to are always available to help us, and they respond quickly to any questions or issues we have. They also regularly update their product with new features that make our lives easier. We like how easy it is for us to use, and how helpful the support team is. It would be great if there was more integration with our other systems (Salesforce, Hubspot). I like how easy it is for me to create custom workflows using the tool, as well as having lots of options for automations. I can also easily set up email campaigns to send to my clients when certain things happen in our system.
