Review on Blue Stars Ultra Durable W10402110 Dishwasher Fuse Replacement: Exact Fit for Whirlpool Kenmore Kitchen Aid - Replaces W10195528 W10402110VP PS4704481 by Russell Smith

My Kitchenaid model is KUDS35FXSS3 and this fuse should be an exact replacement. The fuse itself is the same, but if you follow the instructions that came with it and cut the two plastic fuse clips and install a new fuse box, the new plastic clips holding the fuse are too wide to fit in the fuse slot on the circuit board. I had to use my wire cutters to cut off two plastic guides on each side of the fuse holder to allow the new fuse box to fit. The new assembly then slid under the fuse holder clips and I was able to fit the junction box cover. In hindsight, I had to remove the new fuse from its assembly and insert it into the old fuse clips on the circuit board. Otherwise, the fuse works perfectly and the dishwasher is functional again. The price was great and I got a new fuse two days later. So only 4 instead of 5 stars for the additional effort to adapt the circuit board to the new fuse box.
